The Artist

A Life on Stage

My dance journey began in the conservatory and expanded far beyond it. From the stages of the Aronoff Center and Cincinnati Opera to Times Square and international platforms, I have performed across genres, cultures, and contexts. Dance is not what I do. It is how I think, how I heal, and how I connect.

The Practice

Why I Dance

Dance was my first language. Before yoga, before martial arts, before bodywork, there was movement. The discipline of classical training gave me a foundation. The freedom of West African dance gave me roots. The integration of both gave me a voice. When I step into a space to perform or teach, I bring all of it with me.

“Movement is the oldest medicine. The body already knows the way.”
