The Story

A Life Built at the Intersection of Art, Discipline & Healing

I have spent decades walking the edges where movement becomes medicine, where discipline becomes devotion, and where performance becomes presence.

Born and raised in Cincinnati, my path has never followed a single lane. I am a classically trained ballet dancer, a black belt martial artist, a licensed massage therapist, a certified yoga instructor, an Emmy-nominated arts educator, and a community advocate. All at once, all integrated.

My BFA in classical & contemporary Ballet from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM) placed me on stages at the Aronoff Center, Cincinnati Opera, Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, and Revolution Dance Theater. My 15+ years in Tien Shan Pai Kung Fu, including competition at the U.S. International Kuo Shu World Cup, forged a warrior's discipline that informs everything I teach.

Today, through MYOM Wellness and Hands of G, I bring all of it together: the performer's presence, the warrior's focus, the living touch, and the educator's heart. My mission is to guide you back home to your own power, vitality, and creative freedom.

Philosophy

The MYOM Philosophy

MYOM wasn't just built. It came to me, a deeply personal calling born from the work itself. What I do is literally embedded in the name: Massage, Yoga, Orchestration of vibration, and Meditation.

Beyond the acronym lies Mind Your Own Movement, an invitation to turn inward, to listen to what your body already knows, and to honor the intelligence that lives in your cells, your breath, and your bones. Every session, every class, and every encounter is an opportunity to remember who you are.

"
The body is not a problem to be solved. It is a story waiting to be heard.
